  1. Zonas 1.4

    Custom resting heart rate, older Health readings as a fallback, saved workout zones, and clearer Health and Watch sync messages.

    Zonas 1.4 is available on the App Store.

    • Set a custom resting heart rate independently of maximum heart rate and zone boundaries, even when recent Health readings are available.
    • Auto keeps the 14-day median. If recent readings are missing, it uses the latest week with data and marks older readings clearly.
    • New workouts keep their starting zone ranges. History and recaps use saved ranges when available; older workouts without them are labeled as using current settings.
    • Heart Rate settings remain available without misleading read-access warnings. Failed Health refreshes retain previously loaded values and show an explanation.
    • Weekly cardio calculations use consistent inputs. Watch sync messages are clearer, with an Open Watch button when changes are pending.

  2. Zonas 1.3

    Live time in heart rate zones, clearer workout overlays, a Picture in Picture guide, and reliability improvements across iPhone and Apple Watch.

    • See live time spent in every heart rate zone during a workout and in the expanded Live Activity.
    • Picture in Picture has a cleaner compact layout, resize hints, and a new in-workout usage guide.
    • Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, iPhone workout, and Apple Watch layouts are clearer and more readable.
    • Health access handling, purchase feedback, Watch subscription syncing, and workout reliability have been improved.

  3. Zonas 1.2

    Website links, the support form, the App Store rating path, and metadata cleanup for the Zonas 1.2 release.

    • Support, privacy, and terms now use getzonas.com links.
    • The website support page now includes the Zonas support form.
    • Rate Zonas now opens the App Store write-review page.
    • Release metadata, changelog entries, and science references were cleaned up for v1.2.

  4. Zonas 1.1

    Custom zone sliders, website legal links, live App Store pricing, and refined pricing and privacy copy.

    • Custom zone sliders now adjust in 1% steps.
    • Support, privacy, and terms now open the Zonas website.
    • Paywall savings now use live App Store pricing.
    • Pricing and privacy copy has been refined.

    Apple Watch zone sync improvements, a new sync indicator in Settings, and live App Store pricing on the paywall.
